Al Afalava

Al Afalava (born January 20, 1987) is an American football safety. He was drafted by the Chicago Bears in the sixth round of the 2009 NFL Draft. He also played for the Indianapolis Colts and Tennessee Titans. He played in college for Oregon State University.
==Early Years==
Al Afalava was born in Laie, Hawai'i on January 20, 1987.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Al Afalava )〕 He played high school football at Kahuku High & Intermediate School. As a junior, he led Kahuku to a 10-2 record and an appearance in the semifinals of the 2004 state playoffs. The team, ranked No. 14 in the West, won the Oahu Interscholastic Association. He was named first-team All-State as a senior and led his team to state title and 14-0 record as a junior.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Al Afalava )〕 He played in the state's Goodwill Football Classic All-Star game and was named a SuperPrep Magazine All-Region team member.
